We're pleased to announce that SecureDrop Workstation 0.11.1 and SecureDrop Client 0.10.2 have just been released.

These releases target the Qubes 4.1-based version of SecureDrop Workstation and update the SecureDrop Release Key expiration date. Pilot participants must run the SecureDrop Workstation updater before July 7, 2024 to receive this update.

Changes in this release:

• Update SecureDrop Release Signing Key (#1046 )
• Automatically manage key updates in rpm database (#1101)
• Update securedrop-keyring package (#2036 )

SecureDrop Workstation Pilot Status

SecureDrop Workstation is still in a closed-beta pilot phase, which is projected to move towards general adoption later this year.

SecureDrop Workstation will be migrating to Qubes 4.2 in the coming weeks. Further announcements will be coming soon.
